The concept is simple, come in for a brew, sit down to design with a shaper, watch your board get shaped or browse our racks for a stockboard or secondhand board.

Mt Woodgee is more than a surfboard shop; its a community. Mt Woodgee welcomes locals and visitors alike, in a space where everyone experiences a sense of belonging, inclusions and connection. Our mission is to create an environment where customers visit for the quality cafe experience, but return regularly to be part of the Woodgee community.

OUR COFFEE

We brew our coffee using Moonshine beans, locally sourced from Moonshine HQ hidden in the hinterland hills of Federal, Byron Bay. 

As roasters , Moonshine have built their approach to coffee with the customer in mind. They strive to deliver a coffee that is sustainable, approachable and consistently delicious.

Moonshine process starts with a quality raw product and a clear vision of what they want to achieve in the cup. Each small batch of Moonshine is then roasted by hand and evaluated using all five senses and a little bit of science (of course).
